Job Description

Sales Manager responsible for advising tile retailers and acquiring new clients in the ceramic industry. Focusing on building and maintaining client relationships while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Professional consultation and support of tile retailers
  • Maintenance of existing relationships with our trade customers and installation companies
  • Active outreach and acquisition of new customers
  • Market monitoring, analysis and reporting to the Head of Sales
  • Achievement of planned sales targets

Requirements:

  • Customer-oriented personality with successfully completed commercial vocational training
  • Experience in field sales in a comparable or similar role is an advantage
  • Goal-oriented, independent work style, commitment and team spirit
  • Creativity, strong communication and negotiation skills, flexibility and a sense of responsibility are expected
