Job Description
Sales compensation specialist managing commission automation, data governance, and commercial analytics. Supporting global operations for a multinational Life Science company.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure data integrity, process excellence, and strategic analysis to support commercial and operational decision-making
- Manage and automate the sales team commission process
- Ensure accuracy, governance, and scalability of the commission process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- Fluent spoken English
- Solid experience in analytics, process management, or commercial operations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce)
- Experience with data governance, validation, audits, and integrations
- Ability to analyze large volumes of data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Third-party contract position
