Job Description
Sales Development Representative at an AI startup, leveraging phone outreach to engage Fortune 500 clients. Focused on creating effective messaging and driving qualified meetings with key personas.
Responsibilities:
- Your north star will be the number of meetings attended by qualified personas at Tenor’s ICP
- Run outbound prospecting across multiple channels, primarily phone
- Help create and refine messaging, sequences, and targeting
- Bring insights from conversations to help iterate on positioning, product, and strategy
Requirements:
- About a year of SDR experience — ideally in enterprise SaaS
- Ability to get a senior L&D leader at a Fortune 500 on the phone and hold an insightful conversation
- Clear and personable writing skills
- Proficient with LinkedIn as a business tool
- Passionate about AI and the future of leadership
- Ability to thrive with autonomy in a high-trust team
- Familiarity with Sales Nav, HubSpot, and modern outbound tools
