Job Description

Sales Development Representative responsible for generating and qualifying leads at Atropos Health. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive healthcare technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research prospective customers within target markets including ambient and technology companies.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine the potential fit for Atropos Health’s solutions.
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery calls between prospects and Sales SVP/-VP-Directors.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (Hubspot)
  • Collaborate with Marketing to optimize outreach strategies and sequences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in an SDR role engaging Healthcare Technology, Life Sciences, or Health System accounts
  • Proven track record of exceeding performance metrics (meetings booked, pipeline generated)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling outreach messages
  • Regularly demonstrates professional persistence when daily prospecting
  • Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and using LinkedIn for prospecting to executive-level stakeholders
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Hubspot) and sales prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Passionate about healthcare and technology
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and take constructive feedback
  • Has a professional demeanor and a growth-oriented mindset
