Job Description

Sales Development Representative focused on in-depth prospect analysis for U.S. legal marketing agency. Conducting detailed research and supporting U.S. sales operations with comprehensive proposals and insights.

Responsibilities:

  • In-Depth Prospect Analysis: Conduct detailed research on potential law firm clients to identify market gaps, current digital performance, and specific pain points to fuel the sales strategy.
  • Proposal & Deck Assembly: Compile and organize comprehensive sales proposals and pitch decks, ensuring all data, research findings, and service details are perfectly integrated.
  • Material Coordination: Manage the internal workflow for sales collateral, ensuring that every document produced is professional, accurate, and ready on time.
  • CRM Integrity: Own the accuracy of our CRM data, ensuring all prospect profiles are updated with your latest research and analysis.
  • Strategic Reporting: Prepare internal reports on market trends and prospect data to help leadership refine our outreach efforts.
  • Inquiry Management: Respond to internal and customer-related inquiries with high precision, ensuring the sales team has access to accurate, up-to-date information at all times.

Requirements:

  • Resume must be submitted in English
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales development, lead generation, or business development role (preferably in an agency or B2B environment)
  • High-level of English proficiency with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients or teams is a strong plus
  • Understanding of the legal industry or professional services is a plus, but not required
