Job Description

Sales Development Representative responsible for lead research and customer engagement for Wholix. Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to drive growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead research & outreach: Identify and qualify new target accounts (inbound & outbound).
  • Initiate first contact: Reach decision-makers by phone, email, and via LinkedIn.
  • Assess needs: Conduct brief needs analyses and highlight potential use cases for Wholix.
  • Build pipeline: Prepare and document qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Account Executives to execute the go-to-market strategy.

Requirements:

  • Some experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or Business Development, ideally in the SaaS/tech sector.
  • Enjoy persuading people and proactively starting conversations.
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Structured, independent working style and a strong drive to make an impact.
  • Interest in software, startups, and working in an international environment.
