Job Description

Sales Manager responsible for coaching and optimizing performance of Account Executive teams at Real Geeks. Driving revenue growth in the real estate marketing and sales solutions sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage in daily sales activity — listening to calls, joining Zoom demos, and providing immediate coaching and feedback.
  • Lead by example through consistent visibility and collaboration in the sales trenches.
  • Conduct regular call reviews, pipeline check-ins, and live deal strategy sessions.
  • Build a performance-driven, energetic culture centered around accountability, improvement, and team success.
  • Partner with AEs to identify and address bottlenecks in the sales process.
  • Observe and improve talk tracks, discovery questions, and closing techniques through live and recorded call reviews.
  • Monitor key activity metrics (calls, demos, connects) and coach reps to hit and exceed performance goals.
  • Use CRM data (HubSpot) to track pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience managing a 100% remote Account Executives or an inside sales team in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to coach and motivate high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of inside sales process, activity management, and closing strategies.
  • Hands-on, energetic leadership style — thrives on direct involvement with reps and customers.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Slack, Zoom, HubSpot (preferred) or other CRM systems.
  • Real estate tech industry experience is a plus.
