Job Description

Sales Representative with Beyond Menu calling US restaurant owners for qualified meetings. Flexible hours for students, comprehensive training provided, uncapped commissions offered.

Responsibilities:

  • Cold call restaurant owners across the US to generate qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Run high-volume outbound prospecting — calls, follow-ups, tasks
  • Position value quickly and confidently in fast-paced conversations
  • Handle objections and earn commitment from busy decision-makers
  • Maintain clean activity, notes, and outcomes in Salesforce
  • Hit daily execution standards for dials, talk time, connects, and meetings set
  • Improve continuously through structured call coaching, QA, and performance feedback

Requirements:

  • SDR/BDR experience OR high-drive entry-level talent — both welcome
  • Experience in outbound, call-center, SMB, or high-velocity sales is a plus
  • Restaurant, hospitality, or local business exposure is helpful — not required
  • Currently enrolled university students are encouraged to apply

Benefits:

  • $750 USD/month base + uncapped commission — $1,100/month guaranteed during training. After training, baseline expectation is $1,500/month, but top performers earn more than $3,000/month
