Job Description
Senior Brand Partnerships Specialist identifying and engaging enterprise-level brands for strategic sponsorships. Focused on outbound business development in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect enterprise-level brands aligned with Big Think’s audience and editorial voice
- Develop and execute tailored outreach strategies across email, LinkedIn, and phone to engage senior marketing leaders and decision-makers
- Generate and manage pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding outreach, meeting, and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and performance metrics in Salesforce
- Stay informed on industry trends, brand marketing strategies, and the competitive landscape
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or brand partnerships
- Demonstrated success prospecting into enterprise organizations and engaging senior executives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment
