Job Description

Lovesac, a sustainable adaptable furniture company, seeks a senior leader to orchestrate omnichannel commercialization. Driving 18-month launch planning, risk mitigation, customer experience, and revenue protection.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and continuously evolve the enterprise commercialization strategy, including operating rhythms, decision forums, and escalation paths.
  • Establish and lead meeting cadences aligning product, service, technology, marketing, customer experience, and operations around launch readiness.
  • Serve as the single point of accountability for go-to-market orchestration.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate an integrated 18-month commercialization calendar across product, service, and technology launches.
  • Lead seasonal planning with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, milestones, resources, and execution.
  • Manage sequencing, dependencies, capacity considerations, speed to market, operational readiness, and customer experience.
  • Act as executive escalation owner for elevated-risk or complex initiatives.
  • Mitigate timeline, cost, and customer-experience impacts and recommend tradeoffs with Finance and functional leaders.
  • Execute strategies to close financial gaps caused by launch delays, scope shifts, or readiness issues.
  • Identify revenue levers, phased launches, cost mitigation opportunities, and experience adjustments.
  • Architect and maintain the customer experience commercialization playbook across retail, ecommerce, partnerships, and wholesale.
  • Lead cross-functional integration across Product, Marketing, Retail, Ecommerce, Technology, Operations, Finance, and Customer Experience.
  • Translate complexity into clarity for senior leaders and align teams on successful launch outcomes.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing commercialization team.
  • Establish roles, expectations, and development paths while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Perform other reasonable duties requested by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in commercialization, go-to-market, operations, strategy, or related leadership roles.
  • Proven experience planning and executing go-to-market launches, seasonal campaigns, and major business priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Experience in both retail and CPG environments strongly preferred.
  • Experience operating within a founder-led, high-growth environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional launches in a consumer-facing business.
  • Proven ability to manage financial risk, resolve launch-related gaps, and deliver against revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of omnichannel customer experiences, including physical retail, ecommerce, and third-party partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication, executive storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
  • Must exemplify Lovesac values and meet or exceed KPIs, goals, and deadlines.
  • Must be able to travel using various forms of transportation for mandatory meetings and conferences at offices or off-site locations.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% for launch readiness reviews, leadership meetings, and key company events.
  • Must comply with Lovesac policies and procedures and work collaboratively with fellow employees.
  • Must fully reside in the United States throughout employment.
