Job Description
Senior Electrical BIM Manager leading BIM execution on complex electrical projects for the US market. Collaboration with teams and clients to ensure deliverable accuracy and constructability.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee electrical BIM execution across projects, ensuring models and deliverables are accurate, constructible, and aligned with client standards.
- Act as a technical reference for electrical systems, codes, and best practices.
- Coordinate internal teams (modelers and specialists) and interface with clients, contractors, and other trades.
- Participate in project setup, scope definition, and execution strategy.
- Drive QA/QC and constructability reviews, identifying clashes and design risks early.
- Support and mentor team members, promoting technical autonomy and quality culture.
- Contribute to process improvement, standardization, and BIM innovation.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and leadership on scheduling, priorities, and resource planning.
Requirements:
- Advanced English proficiency (absolutely mandatory).
- Strong background in Electrical BIM/VDC for complex construction projects.
- Proven experience leading or coordinating electrical BIM teams or scopes.
- Solid knowledge of electrical construction standards, codes, and field practices.
- Advanced hands-on experience with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM coordination workflows.
- Ability to balance hands-on technical work with leadership and coordination.
- Strong communication skills, especially in multidisciplinary and client-facing environments.
- Experience working on US-market projects is highly valued.
