Job Description
Senior IGTM Strategist collaborating with Sales and Marketing to drive cross-functional alignment. Diagnosing execution breakdowns and leading systemic fixes to improve GTM success across the global Enterprise.
Responsibilities:
- Drive cross‑functional alignment across the global Enterprise
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Partner teams, Pre‑Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success
- Diagnose GTM execution breakdowns by synthesizing data and field input
- Escalate risks and decisions early with concise options and tradeoffs
- Lead cross-functional workstreams that deliver systemic fixes
- Translate strategy into repeatable execution mechanisms
- Clarify roles, dependencies, and success measures across the ecosystem
- Establish insight-to-action loops that track commitments to completion and confirm fixes adopted
Requirements:
- 5+ years of enterprise marketing or SaaS experience in Strategy, Sales Operations, Marketing, Consulting, or Pre-Sales
- Strong GTM experience and understanding of a SaaS customer lifecycle, sales cycles, and the factors that drive sales success
- Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience leading cross-functional workstreams
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree (desirable but not essential)
- Experience designing or operating cross-functional GTM models across Marketing, Sales, Partners, and Professional Services (desirable but not essential)
- Background in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or strategic Enablement roles (desirable but not essential)
- Technology sales or management consulting experience (desirable but not essential)
