Job Description
Senior HR Strategy Consultant driving HR execution for diverse client portfolios. Partnering with leadership teams to translate business goals into effective HR strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Translating business objectives into people priorities and leading high-level discussions with client leadership.
- Managing the full HR lifecycle, from building performance management cycles and facilitating training to performing turnover data analysis and conducting recruiting screens.
- Reviewing and updating employee resource manuals, creating modern policies, and managing complex employee relations.
- Partnering with in-house subject matter experts to implement bespoke organizational strategies that fuel growth and retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of seven years of progressive HR experience required.
- Experience as a Senior Manager or higher within a consulting organization or an in-house HR team highly preferred.
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP, or equivalent certifications preferred.
- Comfortable handling client requests in at least 50% of the listed HR areas.
