Job Description

Senior Manager Total Rewards for TaskUs providing support in compensation and benefits management. Ensuring offerings are competitive and aligned with company goals while collaborating with HR and leadership teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the design, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits programs
  • Ensuring competitive total rewards offerings including salary structures, bonuses, and recognition programs
  • Collaborating closely with HR and leadership teams
  • Monitoring market trends and performing benchmarking

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits, compensation and total rewards management in a global company
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits laws and regulations
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing total rewards strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Project management experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience in vendor management and negotiation for benefits and compensation-related services
  • Master’s Degree or equivalent (preferred)
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), and Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) (preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS tools such as Workday or similar platforms (preferred)
