Job Description
Senior Recruitment Consultant growing Remote People’s APAC recruitment business. Managing client development, full-cycle recruitment, and talent strategy across technology markets.
Responsibilities:
- Build a personal client portfolio and develop long-term relationships with companies across the APAC market
- Identify and acquire new clients across the APAC region
- Build relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
- Develop strategic partnerships with companies across industries
- Generate business through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and outbound activities
- Negotiate commercial terms and recruitment agreements
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to placement
- Source, assess, and interview candidates
- Present qualified candidates to clients
- Manage offer negotiations and closing processes
- Build and maintain talent pipelines within specialized markets
- Develop expertise in selected industries and market segments
- Monitor hiring trends and market developments
- Advise clients on talent acquisition strategies and market conditions
- Contribute to the growth strategy of the APAC business
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in recruitment agency or executive search within the tech industry
- Experience in business development and client management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial drive
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Fluent English required
- Experience within the APAC market
