Job Description
Service Account Manager focused on selling enterprise solutions and service contracts for Agilent. Engage with clients and maintain relationships while achieving financial targets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage installed base inventory and oversee contract set-up for assigned accounts
- Monitor contract performance and ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop tailored solutions to meet diverse customer needs
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in a structured manner
- Drive account plans to achieve financial targets
- Collaborate closely with Field Service, Instrument Sales, and Service Sales teams
- Propose Asset Management, Enterprise Solutions, and Multi-Vendor Services to expand business volume
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience
- Proven sales experience in Agilent’s markets or enterprise services (software, IT)
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Strong networking skills with the ability to integrate customer priorities and influence key stakeholders
- Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical and Chemical Analysis industry (Preferred)
