Job Description

Strategic Account Manager representing Curtiss-Wright for nuclear power plants in Midwest. Building customer relationships to enhance plant efficiency and reliability with extensive product portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the primary point of contact for Curtiss-Wright within the territory managing relationships with senior executives, engineers, maintenance, supply chain and other decision-makers.
  • Works with Product Managers across multiple business units to develop and execute tailored account strategies that align with the company's long-term objectives, ensuring the maximization of account value through cross-selling, upselling and renewals.
  • Focuses on customer satisfaction, proactively addressing any concerns and ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Regularly assesses the client's evolving needs and provides solutions to address challenges.
  • Requires three to four days per week of travel within the geographic territory.

Requirements:

  • Ability to gain unescorted nuclear power plant access
  • Experience in business development or sales related to the power generation industry
  • Knowledge of nuclear power plant design, operation, regulation, and maintenance practices
  • Knowledge of I&C systems, outage services and process equipment (e.g., valves, actuators, motors, HVAC, tensioning systems)
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions to both clients and internal stakeholders
  • Degree within an Engineering discipline preferred.
