Job Description
Technical Product Marketing Manager launching Numa’s AI-native dealership platform. Translating complex AI products into positioning, enablement, and field-ready go-to-market programs.
Responsibilities:
- Drive launch go-to-market strategy for the product suite, including positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, and target-segment definition
- Partner with Product throughout the roadmap and build cycle, including sprint reviews, product use, and time with field teams and dealership visits
- Create launch enablement materials, including positioning briefs, product requirement inputs, and sales and support collateral
- Drive launch readiness across Customer Success, Sales, and Product by tracking certification and readiness against committed dates and escalating risks
- Build a repeatable launch playbook with aligned stakeholders and clear communication channels
- Use AI tooling, scripts, and automations to generate content, track readiness, and reduce repetitive work
- Protect sufficient lead time between product ideation and launch
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, engineering, and field teams to translate product development into market positioning and enablement
Requirements:
- 4+ years of product marketing experience, ideally at an early-stage or high-growth company, with end-to-end launch ownership
- Technical fluency sufficient to read code, write scripts, call APIs, and use AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Copilot
- Ability to collaborate across product, sales, and marketing and carry strategy through to market
- Strong targeted writing skills for positioning briefs, product requirement inputs, and competitive battlecards
- Comfort working with ambiguity and building structure in evolving processes
- Nice to have: experience marketing technical or AI products to technical and business audiences
- Nice to have: background in solutions engineering, developer relations, or a technical/product role with go-to-market instincts
- Nice to have: experience building a launch or go-to-market process from scratch
- Nice to have: familiarity with automotive, dealership, or vertical SaaS
