Job Description

Sales Representative strategically managing and promoting Verathon GlideScope® product line. Generating new business and maintaining existing relationships with healthcare professionals in Arizona.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Verathon Sales Representative you will strategically manage the business in your territory to promote the Verathon GlideScope® product line.
  • You will execute sales strategies and techniques to realize sales opportunities identified in the Total Available Market (TAM) segmentation and analysis.
  • You will generate new business and maintain existing business by understanding the needs, building rapport, and influence customers by delivering presentations to customers including creative solutions to their problems.
  • You will manage the relationships with key customer stakeholders like Clinical Nursing, C-suite Executives, Administration, and BioMed contacts.
  • You will generate a high volume of sales activity by in-person prospecting, product evaluations, proposal generation, customer presentations, and negotiations.
  • You will forecast your business potential in order to ensure your sales pipeline supports the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  • You will learn new industry and market information that allows you to adapt to shifts in market demand and strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years B2B outside sales experience
  • Able to meet vendor credentialing requirements for all healthcare systems (including COVID-19 vaccine)
  • Must be insurable and have a valid driver's license
  • Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Must reside within territory, Phoenix or Scottsdale area preferred
  • Required overnight travel is 4-6 nights per month, on average, to cover territory that includes southwest Arizona
  • Required to travel outside assigned territory for annual sales meeting, regional meetings and in person training, as needed

Benefits:

  • Base Salary. $65,000
  • Additional Commission Potential. $90k-$120k (This is based on 100% quota attainment. Actual commission may be lower or higher depending on quota attainment. For new hires starting after January 1st, commissions with be pro-rated based on start date and quota).
