Job Description

Territory Manager developing consumer distribution across ASEAN region for Bose Corporation. Supporting channel partner managers and building relationships with key partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Build long term relationship with the key channel partners and be the first point of contact
  • Collaborate with channel partner managers to create execution plans with key partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and recommend strategic plans for growth
  • Partner and support distributor in planning and execution of Bose GTM strategy
  • Day to day support and coordination needed by Channel partner managers
  • Achieve target revenue, and gross margin objectives
  • Manage sell-in performance and steer sell-through activities
  • Trains distributor sales reps on go-to-market elements (e.g., promotion, value proposition, etc)
  • Apply structure and standards to day-to-day account management
  • Document all sales opportunities in CRM software
  • Monthly product forecast preparation and sales pipeline analysis
  • Coordinate with support teams to ensure partner needs are adequately met

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in delivering growth in B2B sales management and distributor management
  • Experience in handling Key accounts across multiple geographies
  • Experience handling Distributors / Resellers in the ASEAN region
