Job Description
VP Growth & Strategic Partnerships at IKS Health navigating healthcare transitions. Guiding executive leaders and creating momentum for transformational change within health systems.
Responsibilities:
- shape how mid-sized health systems navigate transitions in healthcare
- work with executive leaders to address challenges of margin compression and clinician burnout
- guide organizations through a multi-year transformation
- create momentum where none exists as a trusted advisor
Requirements:
- 12–18+ years of enterprise healthcare sales or strategic partnerships experience
- demonstrated success creating demand from scratch within health systems or similarly complex clinician organizations
- proven ability to lead multi-threaded, C-suite level engagements
- track record of closing large, complex deals ($5M - $20M+ ACV)
- experience selling transformational platforms or programs
- history of originating and building new markets or territories
- undergraduate or master's degree (MBA or MHA preferred)
