Job Description

Account Executive responsible for driving B2B sales across Mid-Market and Enterprise segments at HockeyStack. Leading full sales cycle and technical discussions in a rapidly growing company with substantial backing.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle for Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts
  • Lead high-impact discovery, value-selling, and multi-threaded deal cycles with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and C-level stakeholders
  • Drive technical conversations around product integrations and deliver compelling demos
  • Partner with founders and GTM leaders to iterate on messaging and scale a repeatable sales motion
  • Maintain a healthy, high-velocity pipeline with strong close rates and forecast accuracy
  • Contribute to the processes, culture, and foundation of a world-class sales org

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience in Series A–C startups
  • Proven ability to consistently close $80K–$300K ACV deals with multiple stakeholders
  • Fluency in structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPIC)
  • Technically curious and confident in AI/ML and integration conversations
  • Coachable, competitive, and motivated to exceed goals.
