Job Description

Account & Partner Manager driving B2B sales in Legal Tech for Swiss market. Focus on customer acquisition, sales solutions, and partner channel development.

Responsibilities:

  • Independent and structured expansion of a defined business area (industry) for the go-to-market of our product "Amberlo" in Switzerland
  • Analysis of market and customer potential and identification of opportunities for the respective customer and industry strategy
  • New customer acquisition in the B2B sector up to contract signing and beyond, including regular revenue reporting
  • Development of tailored customer solutions in the sales process (solution selling) through analysis and consulting of customers and prospects
  • Expansion of the sales network and identification of cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Build, manage and further develop the partner channel in Switzerland in close collaboration with our external partners
  • Conduct customer meetings and presentations (digital and/or on-site)
  • Close collaboration with product management for the continuous improvement of the product
  • Pipeline management and customer nurturing in the CRM system

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial/business administration vocational training or degree
  • Several years of professional experience in B2B sales (solution selling/SaaS) or a comparable role
  • Experience with common CRM systems, preferably MS Dynamics
  • Strong drive for new customer acquisition
  • Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for trade shows, customer visits and internal workshops
