Job Description
Commercial Events Coordinator supporting Ceribell’s medical EEG technology sales and marketing events. Coordinating venues, vendors, logistics, budgets, and trade shows.
Responsibilities:
- Create exceptional event planning from start to finish
- Understand event cycles and management functions, including venue management, production coordination, hotel room blocks, vendor management, site inspections, and creative design and implementation
- Generate ideas for events
- Support staying within event budgets
- Ensure appropriate messaging to advance Ceribell cause
- Manage logistics and event venues
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Support sales with general admin tasks to assist in achieving team objectives and goals
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Stay up to date with new products and features
- Support the sales and marketing teams and provide daily support to the marketing and commercial teams
- Report to the Senior Commercial Events Manager
Requirements:
- 4+ years of prior experience as a sales administrator or event coordinator with experience with remote and onsite event management including conferences and tradeshows
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce and Power BI), Google suite, MS Office, lead capture platforms
- Exceptional attention to details
- Solid planning/logistics skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Experience with event content development (i.e. developing topics for panel discussions, developing ideas for event content, identifying speakers)
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Strong communication skills
- An excellent collaborator, strong communicator, and is open to feedback and iteration
- Knowledge of medical device compliance regulations is preferred
- Ability to travel 25-35% of the year including some weekend travel
- Ability lift, push, pull up to 25 lbs at events
