Job Description
Support recruitment and onboarding initiatives at Vulcury, a venture studio. Collaborate on talent acquisition across innovative startups with a focus on HR tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, university portals, and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
- Assist in drafting and updating job descriptions
- Support onboarding workflows for new interns and team members
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress
- Assist with HR documentation and recruitment process improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements
- Contribute ideas to improve talent acquisition and recruitment strategies
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or Zoho tools is a plus
- Prior exposure to HR, recruiting, or startup environments is helpful but not required
