Job Description

Key Account Manager developing strategic relationships for Nubimetrics' e-commerce analytics. Collaborate closely with clients to drive success and expand accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic account management: Monitor and analyze KPIs for your portfolio to ensure adoption, usage, and tangible results at every stage of the customer journey.
  • High-impact consulting: Gain deep understanding of each client's business, identify opportunities, and design tailored strategies that drive their objectives.
  • Churn prevention: Anticipate risks, identify warning signs, and act proactively to strengthen retention and loyalty.
  • Expansion and growth: Identify and develop opportunities within accounts (new markets, countries, or business lines).
  • Client relationship building: Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, lead value-driven conversations, align expectations, and closely support challenges with empathy.
  • Collaborative work: Partner with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to ensure a seamless experience and resolve end-to-end needs.
  • Customer-centric mindset: Put the customer at the center, prioritizing impact, results, and focus on strategic accounts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Success, Key Account Management, or commercial roles at B2B technology companies (SaaS preferred)
  • Education: Degree in business, technology, marketing, or related fields
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or English is a strong advantage!
