Job Description
Product Marketing Manager shaping cybersecurity product messaging, content, launches, and go-to-market strategy at Delinea. Supporting U.S. and international marketing teams, sales enablement, and buyer-journey campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze buyers, buying centers, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape
- Define and maintain a holistic buyer-journey content strategy
- Align with international marketing teams to produce regionally specific messaging, content, and sales enablement
- Build messaging, positioning, value propositions, and differentiation based on buyer needs
- Create whitepapers, blog posts, and other content assets
- Translate business objectives, market opportunities, and product portfolios into cohesive go-to-market plans
- Lead product launches and own release campaigns, communications, and materials
- Create compelling Delinea stories across various content mediums
- Drive sales enablement through resources, training, and tools
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders across a global team
- Meet with international team members at local times weekly
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
- 3–5 years of full-time work experience in Product/Content Marketing at a fast-paced technology company or cloud startup
- Cybersecurity experience strongly preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to write for and speak to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-starter mindset and ability to work independently under little supervision
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Schedule flexibility to meet international team members at local times weekly
- Pragmatic Marketing and Forrester Decisions Certifications are a bonus
- Experience with enterprise-class security products and enterprise information systems is a bonus
- Proficiency in languages other than English is a bonus
