Job Description
Relationship Manager overseeing SMB executive search firms using Invenias. Ensuring customer success and product feedback integration for executive search technology.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of SMB executive search firms using Invenias
- Help customers navigate challenges and coordinate internally when escalations arise
- Monitor customer adoption and usage trends
- Support renewal conversations
- Identify opportunities for customers to benefit from Bullhorn capabilities
- Support customers during key lifecycle moments including onboarding and adoption milestones
- Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback and insights with Product and internal stakeholders
- Document customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up on any issues
