Job Description

Relationship Manager overseeing SMB executive search firms using Invenias. Ensuring customer success and product feedback integration for executive search technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of SMB executive search firms using Invenias
  • Help customers navigate challenges and coordinate internally when escalations arise
  • Monitor customer adoption and usage trends
  • Support renewal conversations
  • Identify opportunities for customers to benefit from Bullhorn capabilities
  • Support customers during key lifecycle moments including onboarding and adoption milestones
  • Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback and insights with Product and internal stakeholders
  • Document customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up on any issues
