Job Description

Senior Business Development Consultant supporting and elevating developer acquisition strategy at Appodeal. Act as a strategic advisor and contributor to refine BD approach and guide partnership decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic advisor and hands-on contributor to refine BD approach.
  • Strengthen deal flow quality and guide key partnership decisions.
  • Focus on high-impact activities—shaping sourcing strategy and supporting evaluation of top opportunities.
  • Advise on partnership structures, deal terms, and negotiation approaches.
  • Share insights on market trends and contribute to shaping Accelerator sourcing priorities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in mobile gaming (publishing, BD, UA, product, or partnerships).
  • Strong industry network and ability to identify high-potential studios.
  • Deep understanding of game performance drivers (retention, LTV, CPI, monetization).
  • Strategic mindset with experience building or advising on BD functions.
  • Comfortable operating as an advisor: independent, structured, and outcome-focused.
  • Strong communicator, able to influence founders and senior stakeholders.
