Job Description

Senior Business Recruiter driving global talent acquisition for Aleph, a fast-growing AI platform for financial analysis. Full-cycle recruiting across GTM and BizOps roles as the company scales from 75 to 150+ employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle ownership (sourcing, outreach, screening, coordination, candidate experience, offer and close) across GTM and BizOps functions
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates
  • Leverage and continuously improve robust hiring processes and documentation
  • Be a trusted partner to hiring managers across GTM and BizOps

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across business functions, including as an early or founding recruiter at a company under 500 employees
  • Experience recruiting GTM roles at a B2B SaaS company
  • Comfortable recruiting across role types and can quickly learn what makes candidates great in each function
  • Creativity with outbound sourcing: you’re proud of finding talent others can't
  • Proficient with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby and Juicebox
  • Skilled at leveraging data and analytics to inform sourcing strategies and optimize funnel performance
  • Passionate about the candidate experience and take pride in being the first impression of Aleph
