Job Description
Senior Director of Product and Business Development leading enterprise sales strategies at Solentra, a global agri-food tech company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Solentra’s Enterprise Selling strategy targeting large agribusiness and enterprise customers
- Develop and execute account plans for strategic enterprise clients across multiple Cultura businesses
- Identify and pursue high-value opportunities aligned with Solentra and Cultura growth objectives
- Mentor and enable business unit leaders
Requirements:
- 10+ years in enterprise sales or commercial leadership
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or management within the global agri-food industry
- Strong financial reporting and analysis skills
- Knowledge of software technology and its impact on business
- Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong collaboration and influence skills
- Executive presence and communication ability
