Job Description

Twilio HRBP advising GTM executives across global communications technology teams. Shaping workforce planning, organizational design, talent strategy, and AI-enabled people insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as trusted HR advisor to 1 SVP and 4 VPs across Industry Relations & Strategic Growth, Partners, and GTM Operations and Sales Enablement
  • Shape talent strategies supporting revenue enablement, partner ecosystem expansion, and organizational performance
  • Anticipate talent needs and capability gaps across global teams
  • Provide data-driven recommendations on organizational design, talent allocation, capability planning, and resourcing
  • Cultivate a high-performing, agile, and inclusive culture
  • Navigate workforce planning, AI adoption, and reorganizations
  • Coach senior leaders confidentially on strategic thinking, change management, and performance
  • Lead strategic workforce planning, skills gap analysis, and capability assessments
  • Evaluate talent pipelines, successor readiness, and critical skill needs
  • Design global organizational structures for operational efficiency and cross-functional agility
  • Develop succession planning, mobility strategies, and retention frameworks
  • Use HR analytics, predictive workforce modeling, and AI-enabled tools for workforce insights
  • Partner with the People Data Solutions & AI team to develop and scale AI-powered assistants and data orchestration frameworks
  • Translate complex data into narratives for executive decision-making
  • Drive adoption of HR programs, AI tools, and workforce strategies across distributed global teams
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance
  • Promote equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of HRBP or equivalent experience in fast-moving, global, high-growth technology organizations
  • Proven track record designing and executing talent strategies that drive business outcomes, improve performance, and enable growth
  • High-level understanding of GTM operating models, SaaS/CPaaS sales motion dynamics, enablement frameworks, and partner ecosystem strategies
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Experience navigating complex, cross-functional decision-making
  • Expertise in workforce planning, organizational design, leadership development, and talent retention strategies at scale
  • Strong skills in data, analytics, AI, and automation insights
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and drive results across regions
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
  • Desired: experience leading HRBP strategy for global teams of 200+ employees across NAMER, APJ, LATAM, and EMEA
  • Desired: experience with AI adoption, GTM restructures, or enablement digital transformations
  • Desired: advanced analytics or people insights experience using AI or automation
  • Desired: experience advising executive leadership on complex workforce challenges
