Job Description
(Senior) Key Account Manager responsible for strategic customer partnerships at SIXT. Analyze market trends and drive revenue growth for long-term client success.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic management and expansion of SME and large corporate accounts
- Building long-term customer partnerships
- Supporting and coordinating tenders in collaboration with the Tender & Implementation team
- Analyzing market and competitor trends and identifying new business opportunities
- Serving as the interface to SIXT regional and country organizations and leading negotiations
- Responsible for meeting sales KPIs and appointment targets
- Maintaining the CRM system and identifying optimization potential
- Structuring your own week with customer visits and office-based preparation and follow-up
- Responsible for customer satisfaction and for implementing SIXT’s corporate and sales strategy
Requirements:
- Commercial vocational training with additional qualification or a degree in business/economics (University/FH/advanced vocational school)
- Proven success in account management or business development in a national or international environment
- Industry knowledge including major players and key decision-makers
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality
- 3–4 days of travel within the NRW region
- Strong experience with sales tools (ideally Salesforce)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in German and English
