Job Description
Senior Recruiter for GiveWell's research team, focused on sourcing and assessing senior research roles. Collaborate with leaders to improve hiring processes and enhance candidate pipelines.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with research team leaders to own recruiting for Researcher, Program Officer, Senior Researcher, and Senior Program Officer roles
- Improve assessment process and candidate sourcing
- Analyze data to enhance hiring decision-making
- Conduct screening applications and interviews
Requirements:
- Experience in recruiting, talent operations, research operations, or a generalist role at a mission-driven organization
- Comfort with data — spreadsheets and basic quantitative analysis
- Strong written communication
- Experience working closely with executive-level leadership
- Familiarity with global health, development economics, effective altruism, or adjacent fields is a plus but not required
