Job Description

Strategic Account Executive driving enterprise sales for AI customer service solutions. Managing complex relationships and orchestrating sales cycles in high-value sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, from net-new acquisition through expansion
  • Run deep discovery to understand customer pain, success metrics, and decision criteria
  • Build and manage mutual success plans aligned to executive priorities
  • Orchestrate complex sales cycles involving technical evaluations, pilots, security reviews, and procurement
  • Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership
  • Forecast accurately and maintain disciplined pipeline management
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, positioning the platform as mission-critical infrastructure

Requirements:

  • 7–12+ years of experience in Enterprise or Strategic B2B SaaS sales
  • Proven track record of closing $150K–$1M+ ACV deals
  • Demonstrated success managing 6–12 month sales cycles
  • Experience leading or co-owning POCs, pilots, and enterprise evaluations
  • History of success selling into complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Comfortable owning deals from initial discovery through procurement and close
