Job Description
Werkstudent:in im Growth und Business Development, identifiziert Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und unterstützt das Sales-Team. Arbeitet an verschiedenen Marketing-Maßnahmen und CRM-Management.
Responsibilities:
- Support in identifying new market and business opportunities
- Research target industries, competitors, and potential partners
- Prepare presentation and proposal materials together with the Business & Sales team
- Maintain and expand our CRM database and analyze initial key metrics
- Attend meetings with prospects and contribute to sales projects
- Assist with digital marketing activities (e.g., newsletters, social media, events)
Requirements:
- Enrolled in a degree program in Business, Economics, Digital Business or a related field
- Some practical experience in (business) development, sales, or marketing
- Interest in software and technology topics and curiosity about digitalization
- Analytical thinking, structured working style, and good communication skills
- Very good German and good English skills
- High self-motivation and enthusiasm to help shape a growing team
