Job Description
Business Development Manager driving revenue growth by pursuing new business opportunities in LATAM. Collaborating with senior leadership to develop strategies that enhance market position.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers in the industry to position our company as a preferred provider
- Develop and deliver effective presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet targets
- Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of messaging and strategy
- Provide timely and accurate forecasts and reports to senior leadership
- Participate in industry conferences and events to stay up to date with market trends and best practices
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development and/or sales, in the financial industry
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of financial products and services
