Job Description

Director of Go-to-Market leading global GTM strategy for SalesCloser.ai. Managing product positioning, launches, and revenue impact with a focus on SaaS.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead all go-to-market strategy and execution for SalesCloser.ai
  • Partner with Product to translate roadmap and releases into clear positioning, messaging, and GTM plans
  • Work closely with Sales to enable success through playbooks, talk tracks, training, and competitive insights
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure campaigns, messaging, and content align with product value and target segments
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and identify opportunities
  • Define, track, and optimize GTM performance metrics, including adoption, pipeline impact, and revenue contribution
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment and readiness before, during, and after product launches
  • Build and manage GTM processes, timelines, and documentation
  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and key customers
  • Drive continuous improvement in how we bring products to market
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in GTM, product marketing, revenue strategy, or a related field, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional product launches with measurable business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, customer journeys, and both product-led and sales-led growth models
  • Expertise in positioning, messaging, segmentation, and translating product capabilities into customer value
  • Experience working closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions
  • Experience in market research and competitive analysis
  • Highly self-motivated with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • As part of a diverse team, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of a second language is considered an asset.
