Job Description

Business Development Manager role at Technology Management Solutions, focusing on IT Staffing and high commission opportunities. Responsible for building customer relationships and expanding the business.

Responsibilities:

  • This is a High Commission/Revenue Sharing, work from home opportunity.
  • Must have existing relations in the industry to bring new business.
  • Responsible for prospecting new business to expand customer base.
  • Drive team to deliver on requirements and manage service delivery to clients.
  • Setup meetings and drive customer acquisition through attending meetings and warm/cold calling.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 – 5 years previous work experience within Account Management, Business Development, Inside/Outside Sales, Client Success Management, etc.
  • Must have active book of business using contingent or direct placement business
  • Strong level of written and verbal communication skills in the form of phone calls, emails, etc.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Must have computer and reliable broadband service.
