Job Description

Business Development Manager supporting Building & Construction Sales Leaders in generating revenue. Collaborating with senior leaders and managing sales pipeline in HubSpot.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Senior Leaders to research target accounts and identify "right to win" strategies.
  • Perform outreach via cold calling, email campaigns, and networking to schedule sales meetings.
  • Manage the sales pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring all leads and activities are tracked accurately.
  • Prepare background materials for prospective client meetings and assist with proposal development.
  • Partner with Marketing to maximize the impact of industry campaigns and events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1–3 years in a commercial B2B role (Inside Sales or BD preferred)
  • Expertise in CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
  • High attention to detail
